Communication and Engineers Australia’s vision

Communication is the core capability that Expressive Engineering aims to enhance in engineers, either through our courses or through consulting. In August 2013, Expressive Engineering facilitated Engineers Australia’s largest joint Council and Executive strategic planning day, with over 50 engineering leaders. These slides framed the agenda on vision, successfully leading to a new statement for the organisation, seen in the Our Voice Our Future video and Our Strategic Direction document below.

Engineers Australia’s National Congress adopted this vision statement in 2013, and it was introduced to the wider membership with an open letter from CEO Stephen Durkin.
